This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment and warehouse systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and calibrations on commercial kitchen equipment, warehouse systems, and facility infrastructure.</p> </li> <li> <p>Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.</p> </li> <li> <p>Diagnose equipment malfunctions and identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform timely repairs and implement long-term corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, maintenance, or equipment replacement when necessary.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure all maintenance work adheres to food safety standards, safety regulations, and company policies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proactively identify and address potential hazards and equipment failures.</p> </li> <li> <
