Your Opportunity:  We are seeking a versatile and skilled Graphic Design and Production Specialist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of creative design capabilities, technical troubleshooting skills, and exceptional client support expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for various print and digital media

• Develop creative artwork templates that align with brand guidelines

• Produce compelling graphic materials that meet client and organizational standards

• Plan and coordinate production workflows

• Manage timelines and ensure efficient project execution

• Coordinate between design, printing, and client teams to streamline processes

• Diagnose and resolve printing press technical issues

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex printing challenges

• Ensure optimal printer performance and minimal production interruptions

• Configure and maintain virtual printer environments

• Implement and optimize printing system setups

• Provide technical guidance on printing technology integration

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal clients

• Address design and printing-related inquiries promptly and professionally

Shift Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

You Must Have:

• Strong ability to interpret artwork instructions and requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments

• Excellent communication skills

• Advanced graphic design software expertise

• Virtual printer configuration

• Printing press operation and maintenance

• Production workflow management

• Windows printing environment setup

• Problem-solving orientation

Required Qualifications:

• Requires an associate's degree in a related field and 0-2 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated artistic ability.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar Computer programs.

• Strong understanding of printing technologies and equipment

• Troubleshooting skills for printing systems

• Occasionally move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22 – 25. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
