Senior User Experience Engineer

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior User Experience Engineer to support a mission focused project in Fort Meade, MD. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance.
We are seeking a mission-driven Senior User Experience Engineer with strong user centered design expertise, interactive design, and extensive experience working within a software development team. The ideal candidate will have formal UX training and a background that includes direct experience with the cyber mission set.

Requirements
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility• At least seven (7+) years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or front-end product development
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work across web or mobile applications
• Experience with user interface design tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, AdobeXD, Miro)
• Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and human-centered design processes
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe frameworks
• Ability to work across disciplines and communicate UX principles to non-design stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
• Experience designing for enterprise, data-heavy, or mission-focused applications
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, React, or Vue) for effective collaboration with developers
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub for design integration and collaboration
Preferred:
• Prior experience supporting DoD or other government applications is a plus
