Information Development Intern for Fall 2023 

Minitab is looking for an intern to work in the Information Development department to support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our product ecosystem. The Information Development group works closely with Minitab’s software engineers, quality engineers, and designers to provide our customers with content that helps them get the most from our software.  

The Role 

• Research ways to leverage Azure Cognitive Search to provide user assistance 
• Perform a wide variety of technical support duties to assist the Information Development staff 

• Assist with special projects as assigned 

The Candidate Minitab requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 according to applicable law. 

• Completed at least two years of college-level course work with an emphasis in computer science, Information Sciences and Technology, or related field 

 Essential Skills 

• Strong written communication skills 

• Aptitude to quickly learn new software applications  
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, co-workers, and external parties 
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills 
• Ability to multi-task, work effectively to meet deadlines, and be flexible 
• Ability to work with limited supervision 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) 
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language 

MUST be available to work onsite at our Minitab Corporate Headquarters in State College, PA. 

Remote work is not an option for this position.
