Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Transformation Office Team, located in Atlanta, is seeking a Process & Systems Head. This role is responsible for the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and projects through effective process, systems, and change management. The role involves facilitating the large scale utilization of transformation tools such as Accolade, KPIs dashboard and PowerBI, and maintaining program performance transparency. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with key stakeholders to drive problem-solving and influencing and driving the organization towards more cross functional work and cross regional collaboration.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support design and improvements into the project management system, guaranteeing adequate data architecture, governance and lean functionalities
  • Liaise with KPI data owners, Sustainability, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Accolade Champions and support teams to maintain full user access and resolve any access issues
  • Partner with the Transformation Director and Portfolio Leads to solve high-visibility problems and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and address challenges.
  • Consistently monitor workstream progress of transformation projects and communicate updates to the Transformation Officer and key stakeholders
  • Create detailed progress reports and performance summaries for management review
  • Guarantee the precise roll up of the projects impact towards the v3x30 goals, advising leadership about gaps and risks to execution
  • Provide clear and consistent updates on program performance to management, highlighting key metrics and milestones.
  • Ensure all reports generated from Accolade accurately reflect the V3x30 performance, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Identify and highlight exceptions to the management team, developing action plans to address and resolve issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of program performance and actions taken for transparency and future reference.
  • Provide expert-level support for Accolade and PowerBI, ensuring users can effectively utilize these tools
  • Remove barriers and train teams across the globe on project management and project governance.
  • Coach team members and other stakeholders on the functionality and optimal use of Accolade.
  • Address all Accolade workspace questions and requests promptly, serving as the primary contact for inquiries.
  • Regularly update training materials and provide ongoing education sessions for users.

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or Economics, or Engineering
  • Work experience in Project Management
  • Work experience in industrial companies or similar
  • High performing business or technical manager with strong standing within the organization
  • Positive and proactive process management with an eye for detail and a strong ownership mentality
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a high pace environment
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Willing to challenge others and be challenged
  • Comfortable in learning new systems and new ways of thinking and acting (excellent problem solver)
  • Track record of consistently delivering high-impact results
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 10-20%)
  • Willing to be onsite a minimum 3 days per week

Preferred qualifications

  • Higher education in Economics, complemented by an MBA
  • Work experience in a business consulting company
