Sales Manager (Channel Leader)

Rooter Hero is currently looking for a Channel Leader for our Orange County Branch!

Rooter Hero is the largest plumbing company in the state of California, offering 24-hour emergency repair and installation services.

Our Channel Leaders are making anywhere from $150k-$350k/yr and the potential is unlimited. If you are competitive, enjoy personal challenges, and want to earn a six figure income, then apply!

Requirements

• In-home Residential Sales experience regarding drain and plumbing services is a must.
• Experience running a sewer camera and locating equipment to diagnose issues and propose long-term solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals tailored to the customer’s needs.
• The successful person needs to provide leadership and training to their field team through coaching, development and real-time feedback.
• We require background checks and drug tests, but we hire on ability and determination to win.
