JOB SUMMARY:

The Lubrizol Corporation is currently seeking a collaborative Senior Data Analyst to support the Lubrizol Third Party Manufacturing (3PM) team. In this role you will be providing actionable, value creating data and drive insights towards achievement of Lubrizol objectives globally. This role will be based out of our Wickliffe, Ohio facility, following a hybrid working model.  

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Serve as a data gathering and analysis partner for the 3PM team, developing an understanding of the businesses and providing the data perspective in support of 3PM projects.
• Support monthly KPI, PowerBI and governance data collection, evaluation and presentation. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate Operations and financial performance on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Research and communicate data outliers. Provide timely, concise, and actionable insights to the team. 
• Drive financial modelling data population and partnership with stakeholders and finance for 3PM project requests.
• Work as a liaison with regional 3PM Operations and Procurement managers.
• Prepare and communicate HSES presentations.
• Assist in the coordination, development, and analysis of the Custom Manufacturing Management Reviews. 
• Maintain and manage data associated with active 3PM projects and 3PM-related databases.
• Support data gathering and analysis for the “Value to Lubrizol” of 3PM activities.
• Special projects as assigned. 

 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data related positions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP or similar ERP program and the MS Office Tools.
• Strong analytical skills including crosschecking data using multiple sources.
• Self-starter with a desire to achieve.
• Team player, able to work well with people at all levels and across functions.
• Flexible, ability to multi-task to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, ability to prioritize, organize, and follow through is essential.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Enthusiastic, diplomatic and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 

CONSIDERED A PLUS:

• Lubrizol Operations or Commercial experience.
• Experience with Rapid Response.
• Experience with Power BI
