About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Analyst to serve as a Committee Coordinator within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division, supporting Capital Management, Leveraged Finance, Leveraged Underwriting, Financial Sponsors, and Independent Risk Management (IRM). This is a high-visibility role that is both administrative and strategic, sitting at the center of deal flow for some of CIB’s most significant transactions. The Analyst will primarily own the day-to-day coordination of multiple credit committees – including the Capital Commitment & Distribution Committee (CCDC), Direct Lending, Sponsors, and Pre-IPO Committees – while partnering with senior CIB leadership on a range of strategic and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational discipline, an eye for detail, and a working knowledge of leveraged finance credit.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the dedicated Committee Coordinator across multiple CIB committees – including the Capital Commitment & Distribution Committee (CCDC), Direct Lending, Sponsors, and Pre-IPO Committees – managing meeting scheduling against standing weekly time slots and arranging ad hoc sessions by exception with committee co-chair approval
- Enforce material distribution timelines
- Coordinate meeting logistics and attendee discipline
- Prepare and distribute post-meeting summaries capturing the vote, approval status, follow-ups, and any additional approval or senior-management escalation
- Track approvals and open action items end-to-end across the deal lifecycle
- Maintain detailed call reports for all transactions in the pipeline, capturing comprehensive information on pricing, fees, financing milestones, financing structures, and key transaction metrics to promote robust pipeline visibility for senior management
- Support senior CIB leadership across Capital Management, Leveraged Finance, Leveraged Underwriting, Financial Sponsors, and IRM on a variety of strategic efforts related to committee deal flows, as well as ad-hoc project work related to various lending initiatives
- Leverage analytics to identify emerging trends in the portfolio to help ensure deal teams’ business development efforts align with CIB’s goals and priorities for the franchise while maintaining strong institutional capital, risk, and return discipline
- Assist with the development of policies, procedures and presentations
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months of Experience with Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Leveraged Finance, Reporting, Governance or Credit Risk

- Working knowledge of leveraged finance, leveraged lending, and credit fundamentals
- Familiarity with capital commitment / credit committee processes, capital markets, and financial sponsors deal flow
- Ability to build and maintain recurring management reporting and pipeline / portfolio analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with PrecisionLender or capital allocation tools a plus
- Ability to handle highly confidential information (including MNPI) with discretion
