Impressive, right? </p> <p>To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!<br><br>Ready to be part of the experience? </p> <p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><h4><strong>About the Role: </strong></h4> <ul> <li>Owns the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring every movement is tracked, documented, and delivered on time.</li> <li><strong>Shipment Management:</strong> Coordinate and follow up on all logistics movements, maintaining direct contact with carriers, agents, and warehouses to resolve any issues along the way.</li> <li><strong>Quoting & Vendor Selection:</strong> Source and compare transport options evaluating price, transit times, and operational reliability — presenting clear, justified recommendations.</li> <li><strong>Financial Tracking:</strong> Monitor invoices, due dates, and payment status for each shipment, proactively following up to prevent delays or vendor blockages.</li> <li><strong>Documentation & Tools:</strong> Keep all operational databases, tracking tools, and internal documentation consistently up to date and accessible to the team.</li> <li><strong>Risk & Escalation:</strong> Identify and flag risks early — including customs complications, cost overruns, or critical delays — escalating complex movements when needed.</li> <li><strong>On-Site Coordination (~10% of the time):</strong> Occasionally work on-site at warehouses or event venues to coordinate orders, oversee truck loading and unloading, and contribute to packing and space optimization strategies.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>About You:</strong></h4> <ul> &l
