PM has to have strong broad tech knowledge and be hands on with problem solving and setting direction for the team. BRITS looks easy on the surface but has many complexities. There are connections to other systems and as you know we work with DHS (Deloitte for CARES) and DCF program areas. There is never a dull day here. Strong efforts for improved and transparent communications with stakeholders has eased prior tensions and the team is currently working on a cadence for releases and honing processes. We have a great team with strong skills and knowledge base that also come with some personality quirks so managing those styles is important for team success.

The State of Wisconsin DCF is looking for one (1) Project Manager III

Top Skills:

• Thorough understanding of industry standard project management methodologies and reporting (12+ years)

• Strong leadership and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

• History of large application development (12+ years)

• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative attitude

90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice.

Weekend coverage: If there is a large deployment, the PM may need to be available to support the team. This would be rare.
