You will have the opportunity to be a part of building new infrastructure-related features and directly impact the future of our product from UI to database.</p><p>The role is based in our Warsaw office.</p> <h3>About The Role</h3> <ul><li>Be part of an R&amp;D domain technical leadership, closely affect the company products architecture and craftsmanship.</li><li>Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.</li><li>Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.</li><li>Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use everyday.</li><li>Technical leadership experience (Architect/ tech lead or similar roles)</li><li>Experience building user facing products on the web in large scale</li><li>Experience in Full-stack development.</li><li>Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.</li><li>Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.</li><li>Focus on quality and simplicity.</li></ul> <h3>Social Title</h3> <p>Engineering Tech-Lead</p> <h3>Social Description</h3> <p>monday.com is a public company that helps teams and organizations maximize their potential and efficiency using the work OS.
