Rental Coordinator Branch

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for:

• Processing orders for rental and used equipment
• Scheduling deliveries and processing invoices
• Approving and coding vendor invoices for payment
• Ordering equipment, batteries and chargers as required for the rental fleet
• Collaborating with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories including the buying and selling of assets

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires a High School Diploma and previous office experience.  An Associate’s degree, preferably in business, is preferred.  Effective written and oral communication skills, knowledge of territory and related trucking issues, good organizational and computer skills would be helpful.  Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department is preferred.
