If this is your forte and you're passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights or building robust data infrastructure, then let's connect!</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Technical qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong data engineering skills, including data modelling, setting up data pipelines, and data transformation</li> <li>Experience working with contemporary cloud technologies, preferably <strong>AWS</strong> </li> <li>Good understanding of Database Technologies (<strong>Relation, Document, Graph, NoSQL</strong>)</li> <li>Strong programming skills with <strong>Python, SQL, Pyspark and Typescript</strong> </li> <li>Experience in the development of <strong>ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, and NLP</strong>.</li> <li>Understanding of infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code</li> <li>The ability to understand complex technical matters, form an educated opinion, and communicate with impact to a variety of stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Nice-to-have technical qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience with data migration (AWS DMS)</li> <li>Agile experience </li> <li>Knowledge on DevOps methodologies</li> <li>Testing</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Soft skills:</strong></p><ul> <li>Independent thinker</li> <li>Able to express own shortcoming / Ask for help on time / Ask for clarification when in doubt</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and detail oriented</li> <li>Known to deliver on your promises</li> <li>Fluent in spoken and written English as well as the local language of the job description</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Others:</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as cloud/data engineer</li> <li>Soft skills do have a high value</li> <li>Work experience in SQL and ETL is a must</li> </ul>
