The Opportunity
As a Deals - Valuation Financial Analytics and Derivatives Intern, you will engage in financial transactions and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the valuation of business deals. This role offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of deal valuation, where you will support teams in analyzing market trends and financial regulations. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices, participating in projects, and conducting research to support the team's success. Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in conducting business valuations and financial advising for client projects
- Participating in the analysis of deal structures and M&A strategy to enhance value creation
- Assisting with balance sheet analysis and inventory valuation to provide accurate financial insights
- Engaging in project management tasks to ensure timely completion of valuation assignments
- Utilizing Alteryx automation platform for efficient data processing and analysis
- Observing market trends and industry trend analysis to inform strategic thinking and decision-making
- Contributing to the preparation of regulatory reporting and financial modeling for compliance purposes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather information and present financial reports effectively
- Learning and applying financial transaction principles to support client engagements
- Developing skills in capital modeling and investment valuation for financial reporting purposes
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management/Research, Operations, Quantitative Finance
