Job Summary
Manages the daily scheduling & merchandising process for all Vending while optimizing for maximum efficiencies of the Route Schedule. In this role, you will utilize strong analytical skills, business acumen, and collaboration to help Canteen maximize efficiencies and drive results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages the daily scheduling process for vending.
• Analyzes and assesses how to improve route efficiencies. Proactively makes updates and changes to Drivers’ schedules and routes.
• Provides leadership team with regular updates and ways to improve operations.
• Communicates daily with the Pick Line Supervisor, drivers, and CSMs regarding schedule changes, POG changes, merchandising, missed picks, skipped stops, etc. Also, work with the Dispatcher & Service Manager on device communication to ensure we are receiving proper telemetry communication.
• Provides updates to senior management and shares progress with drivers.
• Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to supervise others; give instructions, coach, evaluate and take appropriate follow-up action.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills required.
• Ability to understand our business operations and how we succeed.
• Advanced technical computer skills (Excel, analytics, new technologies, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaborative skills, and attention to detail.
