Role and responsibilities:

• Create Project Plans for prioritized projects
• Create & Deliver regular status reports to management
• Track project Risks & Issues
• Manage project budget versus actual spend
• Coordinate Test planning & execution
• Plan Implementation Tasks
• Program Governance Development: Ability to develop and implement governance frameworks and processes, providing full visibility to management on progress, risks, and issues.
• Risk and Issue Management: Skilled in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues, with the ability to implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering regular status reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Cash Management and Payments: Understanding of cash liquidity platforms, operational cash management, and payment systems, including experience with platforms as example such as Connexis Cash and SWIFT Net.

Qualifications

• 8+ experience as Project Manager and Business Analyst 
• Experience in Cash Management & Global Banking
• General banking knowledge, general IT knowledge 
• Consulting experience
• IT Governance Specialist: 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks.
• Cash Management Specialist: 5+ years of experience in cash management and payments, with knowledge of relevant platforms and systems.

The salary range for this role is US$105,000 - US$140,000.
