Job Description

What will you do?

• Act as an industry expert in energy, demonstrating a deep understanding of the intersection between technology, sustainability, and business challenges in the energy sector.

• Establish strong relationships with senior/C-level energy clients, guiding them to explore and understand complex business challenges while creating data-driven and AI-powered solutions.

• Shape enterprise-wide transformational Data & AI strategies for energy companies, bridging the gap between energy industry challenges, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge technological tools.

• Define project scope, create plans aligned with clients' needs, and lead consulting and implementation projects as an expert or project manager, with a focus on Data & AI applications in energy.

• Coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams, developing dashboards and participating in complex data preparation tasks relevant to the energy industry, including renewable energy integration, grid management, and sustainability reporting.

• Operate at strategic levels, collaborating with global technical and business data practices to advise clients on their overall Data & AI strategy and implementation in the energy domain.

• Contribute to building Hiflylabs' Data & AI offering and go-to-market strategy for the energy sector, leading research and supporting the development of new solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainability.

Qualifications

What do you need to apply to this role?

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, especially in the energy sector at an international level.

• Experience developing and growing client relationships.

• Experience working with Data & AI-based solutions.

• Ability to operate at the strategic level.

• Advanced presentation skills.

• Customer engagement skills.

• Fluent English language skills (oral and written).

• Analytical mindset, precision, analysis, and control of complex topics.
