Machine Operator - Screen Printing

• Manage the day to day operation and maintenance of the machines
• Ensure materials are produced in accordance with quality standards to have a consistent scrap rate or less than 1%
• Eliminate RGAs and Focus Claims by accurately marking, segregating and cutting defective material
• Enter shift data in the TRS while also producing a schedule of materials with a TRS of at least 85%
• Recognize pre-production problems such as raw material thickness, material defects, correct material type, etc.
• Perform and record accurate quality checks
• Analyze and interpret procedural documents, machine recipes, instructions and production reports.
• Define problems by collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
• Calculate material and tool thickness based on requests
• Correct necessary adjustments accurately to material recipes
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Machine Operators run various machinery for the production of Gravotech products.  This role will however, concentrate on the screen printing machine but may also be asked to assist with other machinery as need.  Works to correctly produce material according to quality standards.  Will learn how to operate machine, enter data into TRS and perform and accurately record quality procedures.
