Consultant, Business Consulting (E-Risk Services Agile Project Manager)

This role will be a Project Manager for E-Risk Services Value Management Office.
Candidates with P&C insurance experience, Agile, PMP, and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level process improvement certification(s) strongly preferred.
Ideal candidate will have:
Proven skills leading multiple large, complex business and technology programs
Experience working in a pod environment (e.g., Program Increment (PI) and sprint planning) business case development and change management.
Demonstrated organizational skills
Strong organizational and communication skills with an executive presence
PMI/Agile certification a plus
Solid understanding of entire SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Smartsheet a plus
Business Process Management (BPM) and/or Lean Six Sigma experience
Hybrid schedule: 3 in-office days per week, preferably at E-Risk Services located in Rockaway, New Jersey. Consideration may be given to Nationwide associates currently working in our other locations (Columbus, Des Moines or Scottsdale offices).
This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program.

Partners with senior leaders to transform their businesses through the strategic application of people, processes and technology. Participates in the planning process by identifying complexities, dependencies and duplications.
Demonstrates expertise in leading business process analysis/design, organizational analysis, needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align solutions with business strategies and direction. Consults with functional groups within Nationwide Technology and internal business clients to develop short- and long-term business transformation plans.
