We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive for our Maintenance division in California to grow and manage sales in storm drain maintenance and pipelining services. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing proposals, and driving project success from first contact to close.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Hydrovac and pipelining contracts
- Build strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and contractors through cold calling and business drop ins.
- Create and present customized proposals; manage revisions and follow-ups
- Coordinate and follow up on stormwater inspections and reports
- Define project scope and pricing for HOA work; oversee proposal follow-through
- Attend trade shows, board meetings, site visits, client events and presenting lunch and learns.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline in Pipedrive
- Collaborate with internal teams and support interdepartmental communication
- Help determine which projects to pursue and manage meeting schedules
- Contribute to sales strategy and process improvements
- Knowledge of Storm drain or underground infrastructure knowledge
- Performing property inspections as well as mapping out and locating the drainage systems within each property
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (Hydrovac, pipelining, or construction preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive a plus)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and client priorities
