âś… Converted 100% of pilots to paid partnerships
âś… Retained 100% of customers
✅ Grown from 0 to 40,000 students—and are scaling to 200,000+ in the next 12 months
We’ve validated product-market fit. Now we’re scaling sustainably—and fast.
About the Role
This is not a passive internship.
As an Expansion Analyst, you’ll be treated like a full member of the team, expected to build, own, and lead your own workstreams. You’ll work directly with our U.S. leadership and sales teams to:

What You’ll Do
Own Your Region: Build your own list of target districts, design outreach strategies, and support closing conversations.
Drive Pipeline: Research, qualify, and activate school and district leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
Support Expansion Strategy: Identify untapped markets and advise where we should focus next.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, RevOps, and marketing to improve processes and ensure messaging and targeting are aligned.
Lead Special Projects: Jump into time-sensitive growth priorities—building dashboards, running campaigns, improving workflows.
Design Systems: Help build repeatable processes so future teammates can move faster and smarter.
You won’t be waiting for tasks—you’ll be finding them, solving them, and building new ones.
