We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Beaumont, TX team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsibilities & Accountabilities in Dexter ATC Employee Health & Safety Policy Manual.
- Adherence and enforcement of Dexter ATC Project Management Standards.
- Enforce and monitor(inspect) for safe and quality work behavior and conditions.
- Enforces and performs employee training and manages employee-training schedules.
- Implement Company purchasing, expense, timesheet, and budget tracking for project and project team consistent with Company standards and direction of Project Manager.
- Responsible for directing work to meet project and Company deadlines.
- Coordinates project reports and data and performs initial quality checks.
- Quality check project data collected by team and resolve error.
- Responsible for training team to perform job tasks, operate equipment, and operate project software.
- Implements human resource performance evaluation processes consistent with Company policy.
- Implements Project Manager Work Plans and Schedules and perform communication escalation when plan variance occurs or may occur.
- Implements written work-schedule process reported to clients, Project manager, and Team.
- Implements daily work assignments and assesses plan to actual success.
- Escalate communication and reporting to Advisors and Project Manager for safety, external audits, and human resource issues to drive resolution and consistent with Company policy.
- Manages and reports project equipment and supplies to maximize accountability, cost effectiveness, and proper maintenance.
- Manages processes to expedite work ensuring maximum safety and productivity.
- Implements project status-reporting processes to Client, Project Manager, and Team.
- Implements routine project stakeholder communication and meetings to ensure consensus and drive optimization of project.
- Responsible for and Implement project corrective actions and level 1actions for mitigating client complaints.
- Responsible for Implements compliance record management, work order/work task management data, and performs quality checks for project.
Minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to pass annual background screening and random D&A testing
- Meets Physical and Work Environment requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Previous LDAR experience or experience working in petrochemical facilities/outdoor industrial environments preferred but not required.
Technical requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and dependable
- Must be able to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
- Must be able to carry a 30lb backpack for approximately six hours a day.
- Must be able to climb in pipe racks, multiple flights of stairs, and tall ladders to monitor components.
- Must be able to work at heights up to 200 ft.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic mechanical skills/mechanically inclined
