What You'll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Act as the primary support for your team, providing guidance and motivation while managing a small patient book and ensuring top-notch specialty care.
• Innovate & Inspire: Drive the delivery of superior patient experiences by supporting and coaching your team, ensuring SOPs are up-to-date, and tracking performance.
• Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with the Specialty Experience Manager to align strategies, foster cross-functional teamwork, and resolve patient issues effectively.
• Educate & Empower: Provide comprehensive training to your team, cultivating a patient-centric approach and developing both individual and team skills.
• Strategic Oversight: Navigate daily operations, delegate tasks, and contribute to the development and achievement of team goals and performance metrics.
• Be a Key Player: Represent the Specialty Experience Manager when needed, and collaborate with other Experience Team Leaders to maintain consistency in the True Experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior management experience and a background in patient care are essential. Leading a team and account management experience are preferred.
• Education: Relevant experience is valued, though a college degree is preferred.
