Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Requirements Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to design and develop engineering standards and tests to evaluate the functionality of products and systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and manage editorial control on test/program process development to streamline program buildout, assuring quality and clarity on products and artifacts to be used for external consumption

• Perform business analyst activities in the collection, dissemination, and communication of customer requirements to developers, as well as developing quality artifacts and means to track the intent and scope of the requirements accurately

• Provide author support to the development and output of program artifacts used in long-term program sustainment and continuity

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Language Arts, Creative Writing, or related field of study

• Minimum 4 years of writing experience

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Canva, Markdown Language Processes

• Organized and effective at managing and collecting customer requirements with demonstrated methods and processes for executing this function

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Ability to produce quality documentation with little supervision

Salary Range: 

$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
