Job Description

The IT Infrastructure Operations department has got the overall responsibility for all IT services in production, including day-to-day operations, improvement, and lifecycle management. We strive for operational excellence fostering a culture based on competency, collaboration, and people development.

We are now looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen our team. You will work in a dynamic and self-driven environment, contributing to further improvement of our operational excellence and governance. The position will report to Head of Global Infrastructure Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring of operations that affect quality through processes like, patch-, life cycle-, risk- and vulnerability management
• Review and improve current standards, documentation and policies
• Quality assessment of new IT service establishment
• Train and motivate personnel to ensure that quality standards are met

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Extensive experience from IT process management framework, preferably ITIL
• Proven experience as quality assurance manager or relevant role
• Significant and broad overall IT Infrastructure competency
• Bachelor’s or master's degree within relevant fields, or relevant work experience

Skills and experience in the following:

• Outstanding communication and cooperation skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and adaptable individual to an organization that is under transformation
• Structured, analytical, determined, and flexible
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with Infrastructure and cloud trends and best practices
• Five or more years of experience related to IT process management as well as good understanding of operating models and operational excellence
