In this role, your primary responsibility is to lead the continuing successful growth and development of a group of manufacturing or engineering services member companies. This includes providing mentorship and operational advice to their leadership teams, as well as coordinating continuous improvement and initiatives within these diverse businesses. You will develop and implement repeatable, efficient, and coordinated fulfillment strategies across these businesses, facilities, geographies, technologies, and local cultures, bringing to bear your professional experience to understand the broader business operating context, assess challenges and opportunities, manage customer and partner expectations and impacts, and identify appropriate courses of action. We are growing quickly, and our growth is only expected to accelerate. We need a leader who is able to scale our capabilities rapidly depending upon the evolving needs of our current and future customers.
