Job Description Summary:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Designer to join our Package Design Studio. In this role, you will help bring to life meaningful experiences and interactions between our brands, consumers, and packaging by designing next-generation packaging concepts from idea to final development. You will use your design and engineering skills to conceptualize and develop ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative and consumer-friendly solutions.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging Design & Development: Design next-generation packaging concepts from initial idea through development and commercialization. Engage in end-to-end packaging development process with cross-functional collaborations, ensuring seamless integration of design, engineering, and development.
  • Prototype Capability Development: Join in the creation of rapid prototypes using 3d Printing, label printing, and other technologies to bring ideas to life.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Track new market entrants and assess their packaging effectiveness. Share insights and operationalize them into new design opportunities.
  • Visual Identity Building: Developing internal visual identity system and external branding touchpoints and design guidelines for implementation for the Studio.
  • Enhance Digital Capabilities: Aiding in strategic improvements and tool creation of digital platform tools for entire Packaging Network utilization.


Education Requirements:

  • Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.


Related Work Experience:

  • Open, 3 yr + of program preferred.


Functional Skills:

  • Experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Identity, Industrial Design, UX Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rapid Visualization, Storyboarding, Sketching, and Ideating ideas.
  • Ability to demonstrate design principles though high quality visuals.

Education Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and not graduating before December 2025.
Location: Atlanta, GAMonthly Compensation: $4,506
