HR Business Partner

About You:

• University or post-grade degree in psychology;
• Working experience in psychology / coaching,
• At least 4 years of HR BP experience;
• Confident knowledge of the main HR tools;
• Experience in implementing and managing all HR processes;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Experience in the tech industry is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English and native Armenian is a must, fluency in Russian will be advantage

Responsibilities:

• To lead all HR functions within an assigned unit/department:
• To ensure that the Lineate team is fully supported across all HR functions;
• Te be a crucial point of contact for all employee questions and concerns;
• To build effective relationships inside the company;
• To accompany employees at all stages of the life cycle in the company;
• To take part in the final interviews with candidates together with the head of the unit/department;
• To supervise and actively participate in the process of adaptation;
• To hold regular meetings with employees, assess their emotional state, the degree of involvement;
• To take part in the process of performance management (discussion of goals, career expectations, individual development plan);
• Conduct reporting and analytics on key HR metrics;
• Monitor and assist with the implementation of established HR procedures and policies.
• Take part in conflict resolution within the team;
• Provide regular support to managers on all HR related matters
