You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company’s compliance with evolving human rights regulations and best practices related to </span><span>forced labor, ethical recruitment</span><span>, fair and ethical employment practices</span><span>, grievance, worker voice, and human rights due diligence.</span><span> This position will require a strong understanding of human rights due diligence </span><span>and forced labor mitigation </span><span>processes and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies for our business.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><b>Ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment</b> by proactively monitoring global human rights and forced labor regulations and translating due diligence processes into actionable business strategies.</p></li><li><p><b>Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and data analysis</b> to identify forced labor risks in supply chains, evaluate mitigation program effectiveness, and continuously improve prevention efforts.</p></li><li><p><b>Develop, implement, and oversee robust policies, procedures, and training programs</b> to prevent and address forced labor, ensuring ethical labor practices across operations and supplier networks.</p></li><li><p><b>Foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement</b> by working with internal teams, suppliers, industry associations, and civil society organizations to promote awareness and compliance globally.</p></li><li><p><b>Stay informed on global trends and maintain cross-functional, international coordination</b> while effectively balancing engagement across multiple time zones to support program success.</p></li></ul><p><
