Schedule: 7am to 11am CST

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Senior Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the progress of various residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for updating project information in BuildXact and/or Fieldwork, as well as creating and managing Gantt charts to monitor project timelines. The role also involves tracking the status of each project and making updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain project information in BuildXact and/or Fieldwork
  

• Develop and manage Gantt charts to track project timelines and milestones
  

• Monitor the status of each residential construction project, ensuring progress aligns with scheduled timelines
  

• Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
  

• Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure project goals are met
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential construction project management
  

• Proficient in BuildXact, Fieldwork, or similar project management software
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  

• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing project needs
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Gantt charts and project tracking tools
  

• Knowledge of residential construction processes and standards
