We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Warehouse Operations Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our warehouse and inventory systems, support field operations, and be a key leader in our mission to deliver top-tier home services.

About the Role

As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our warehouse, overseeing inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics. You’ll ensure our teams are equipped and ready to serve customers with excellence—every single day. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, takes pride in clean, efficient systems, and believes in teamwork and leadership by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including inventory control, purchasing, and vendor relations.
  
  
• Develop and implement annual warehouse goals aligned with the company business plan.
  
  
• Oversee inventory for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts/equipment, including service and install staging.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely warranty returns, product credits, and service part stocking.
  
  
• Manage and train warehouse staff; conduct quarterly reviews and performance check-ins.
  
  
• Track KPIs for warehouse efficiency and report weekly.
  
  
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and safe vehicle operation.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.
  
  
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings and quarterly planning sessions.
  
  
• Support VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory) initiatives and partner with vendor reps on process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse/inventory management experience (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical preferred).
  
  
• Strong background in purchasing, vendor negotiations, and warehouse systems.
  
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Service Titan or other service industry software a plus.
  
  
• Effective communicator, organized, and detail-oriented.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
