As a Manager of Business Planning for the National Retail channel, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure our success and long-term growth in the Smartphone category. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic planning and business analysis, as well as the ability to think and act strategically. They should also be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, be organized and able to manage multiple priorities in parallel. We are looking for a confident professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.

You will be responsible for developing sales forecasts and performance analyses for the channel. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the channel. You will also play a key role determining the impact of promotions and opportunities to develop retailer sales platforms.

• Develop and maintain sales forecasting/reporting for National Retail HHP and CRN categories, including Sell-In & Sell-out
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommended areas for improvement
• Conduct Monthly Post Mortem on HHP Promotions
• Support weekly & ad hoc promotion simulations, as needed
• Support daily sales reporting during key drive times (e.g. pre-order, BFCM)
• Provide analysis and insight in the development of quarterly plans, strategic initiatives and Executive level presentations
• Partner cross-functionally with ME & NC planning teams to develop and implement cross-category dashboards that enhance full MX metrics visibility

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business planning and analysis, with a focus on retail
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree in business administration preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced level skill with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable presenting to GM & Senior Director level leadership
