Technical Program Manager - Lattice Simulation
AndurilAbout the role
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
WHY WE’RE HERE:
The Lattice Simulation group is dedicated to building comprehensive, high-fidelity simulation environments that enable rapid prototyping, testing, and evaluation of Anduril's autonomous systems. We develop sophisticated Mission Simulation products that support a Model Based Development (MBD) approach across the company. Our Mission Simulation allows for concept evaluation, stimulation of real systems like Mission Autonomy, and wargaming with warfighters. By leveraging these simulation capabilities, we aim to create a powerful, scalable ecosystem that supports virtual testing, operator training, and innovative concept development across all war-fighting domains. Our simulations interface seamlessly with Lattice, enabling users to task, override, and provide consent for groups of autonomous assets in both real and simulated environments. We also build software that beautifully visualizes both real and simulated data, whether historical or live, allowing users to create "what-if" scenarios to evaluate mission concepts. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a cohesive simulation infrastructure that drives technological advancement, reduces development costs, and enhances operational readiness for Anduril and its customers. The Lattice Simulation group plays a crucial role in Anduril's mission to bring advanced autonomous and AI capabilities to defense systems through virtual environments.
