Seasonal, Social Media and Influencers

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the production of social content through capturing and editing content for (but not limited to) TikTok, X, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, Shorts and IG stories
• Support main Atlanta Falcons accounts, along with Falcons auxiliary accounts: FalconsRISE, Freddie Falcon, Falcons CR, FalconsFits
• Provide and capture real-time platform coverage during live games, practice, and team events
• Work closely with the Manager, Social Media on regularly tracking and reporting analytics with the intent of content optimization
• Tag social media content on a regular basis for reporting purposes
• Assist in the daily management of Falcons’ social media accounts specifically related to game days and live events
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to help create content that speaks with the tone and voice of the Falcons brand 
• Assist in the management, tracking, and distribution of influencer material
• Support Manager, Social Media in responding to fan comments, messages, and community management in general
• Contribute to organic and sponsored content ideation
• Assist the Integrated Marketing department with other projects as assigned

Skills and Basic Qualifications

• College graduate with a competitive GPA or apprenticeship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High grammatical proficiency
• Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
• Ability to stay on top of current trends across social media platforms, and culture and integrate them into Falcons content in a timely manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Extensive sports and football acumen
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Though this position won’t have 100% travel, the candidate must have availability to travel when needed
• Experience using social media platforms: Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn
