We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Manager, Channel Sales to lead demand generation and partner-sourced pipeline and revenue across Monks’ Data technology partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling joint go-to-market initiatives, fostering strong relationships with partner sales and account teams, and pursuing individual account opportunities that drive pipeline and revenue growth through referrals from strategic partners. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with a diverse portfolio of technology partners in the advertising and marketing technology ecosystem, a proven track record of developing successful partner go-to-market strategies and marketing, and established relationships within the partner ecosystem that can be leveraged to drive inbound account referrals from partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
    • Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with Monks’ technology partners to enhance Monks’ market presence and drive partner-sourced revenue.
    • Create scalable and repeatable sales plays that align with partner capabilities and target customer needs.
  • Pipeline and Revenue Growth:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with partner sales and account stakeholders to position Monks as their preferred referral partner.
    • Engage with partner sales and account teams to identify and qualify high-value individual account opportunities, driving partner-sourced leads and pipeline growth.
    • Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact, ensuring accountability, continuous improvement and ROI for Monks partnerships.
    • Contribute to and execute on joint business plans with partners, ensuring demand generation against key business plan goals.
  • Partner Marketing:
    • Partner Coordination: Collaborate with partner teams to streamline content, webinars, and joint events. Partner with Monks Marketing to create and oversee cobranded content that resonates with both Monks and partner audiences.
    • Content: Collaborate with Monks’ Marketing to develop valuable promotional, educational and thought leadership resources and materials for joint promotion with Monks’ partners across paid and owned channels.
    • Events: Collaborate with Monks Marketing and Partners to ideate and execute co-marketing events, including in-person and virtual. Assist with  logistics for events, working closely with stakeholders at Monks and Partners to ensure alignment with partner goals.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status and coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Communicate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on partner strategies and optimize joint success.
    • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, partner needs, and opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in partner go-to-market strategy and referral/lead growth within the advertising and marketing technology sector.
    • Proven success in creating and executing go-to-market strategies with advertising & marketing technology partners.
    • Strong understanding of sales play creation and partner-led revenue generation.
  • Skills & Relationships:
    • Established network and relationships within the advertising and marketing technology partner ecosystem.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Other:
    • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
    • Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
