Title: Technology Team Lead

Job Location: 301 West 11th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. Telecommuting permitted up 40 % of the week.

Job Description: Lead a full-stack engineering team in building applications to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks in business processes through process reengineering, optimization, and integration of AI; Utilize Java for backend operations, Angular for UI design and operations, and Python for AI development; Employ Agile methodologies for CI/CD pipeline management using GIT; Gather requirements, assigning tasks to the team, and collaborate with stakeholders and other technology teams to ensure product quality and meet technical requirements; and Recommend and implement software solutions, coordinate with business partners and Enterprise Architecture to uphold standards, conduct code reviews, and leverage expertise to mentor junior team members on project execution.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as senior software engineer, software technical lead, or related occupations. Requires five (5) years of experience using Java and Spring Boot for back-end operations. Requires three (3) years of experience with each of the following: using Angular for UI operations; Python for AI development; and Agile delivery for CI/CD pipeline using GIT.

Salary: $168,058.13 - $178,058.13
