The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:
RTX has an opening for Manager Business Systems and Transformation). We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join our digital organization to support our SAP Corporate, Global Mobility and Research Center Systems.
This is a pivotal role in support of Corporate and Enterprise Services. Your expertise collaborating across digital and functions workstreams, design and configuration, and executive communication will be essential to the ongoing support of our SAP environment. This position requires strong technical proficiency in systems and processes specifically aligned to Treasury and Finance, including.
Qualification you must have:
BS or BA Degree in Math, Finance, Accounting, Engineering with 8 or more years of experience/knowledge in SAP Treasury; ability to design, configure and test core FI/CO , Treasury, Cost Centers, and Purchasing
Application deliverables including the technical requirements documentation, development/build, and end to end testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across business areas, technical team, and leaders including strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving ability though SAP environments, applications, and integration points
Ability to understand and analyze client business requirements.
Qualification we prefer:
Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana
Core/Six Sigma/Agile knowledge (process standardization)
Network and connectivity problem solving
Business controls and SOX
Business acquisition and Divesture knowledge with a CPA
