SUMMARY: 

Warehouse lead will coordinate the daily activities by rising the team’s highest quality of work and maximizing productivity of our warehouse. Supporting all initiatives to promote a positive working environment and ensure all warehouse personnel are adhering to our safety guidelines and working areas are kept clean.    

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead warehouse operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, and workload of employees with the direction of the Logistics Manager 

• Assist inventory control in cycle counting goods. 

• Provide effective communication and collaboration with customer service in a combined effort to ensure order accuracy for deadlines and prevent any chargebacks.  

• Continuous communication with our Kansas Warehouse in coordination with warehouse team to ensure orders are shipped and received in a timely manner.  

• Create shipment paperwork for warehouse crew and close out orders/shipment in ERP system. 

• Ensure that all goods being shipped are properly palletized for safe transportation during transit.  

• Assist in preparing shipments by processing orders accurately and in a timely manner ensuring we always meet customer standards. 

• Inspect completed orders to ensure pallet placards and labels are clearly visible.  

• Lead the preparation of documentation for outbound shipment such as bill of lading and packing lists. 

• Responsible for processing and filing freight claims and maintaining tracking log. 

• Assist in uploading and organizing shipment pictures.  

• Adheres and ensures all company policies are enforced. 

• Maintain positive employee environment and ensure all warehouse employees adhere to our safety guidelines. 

• Must be self-motivated with the ability of work independently and as a team player. 

• Other duties as may be assigned. 

 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

• Education: High School Diploma required 

• Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving  

• Specialized knowledge or training: Valid driver’s license, Forklift certification (will certify) 

• Travel required in this position: ​None​   

The pay range for this role considers a wide range of factors including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographical location, and other organizational needs.

The estimated pay range for this role is $21.22/hr. Min to $31.82/hr. Max per year.

Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program associated with this specific role.
