Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
Job Summary:
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will lead the effort to find the best talent for roles across our organization, from clinical positions to support staff. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to create and execute a hiring strategy that supports our mission. You will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Teams:
- Work closely with managers to understand their hiring needs and help them find the right people for their teams.
- Develop strategies to attract the best talent for both clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Recruitment:
- Lead the recruiting process for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Use job boards, social media, and networking events to find top candidates in behavioral healthcare.
- Employer Branding:
- Help promote Concert Health as an employer of choice by sharing our story and values.
- Attend job fairs and industry events to build relationships and attract top talent.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Help ensure we attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Work to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve our recruitment processes to make them more efficient and effective.
- Track key hiring metrics and report on progress to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all hiring practices meet legal and regulatory standards, especially in the healthcare field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in behavioral. healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare field and understanding of the unique challenges in behavioral health hiring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Passion for finding great talent and helping people connect with meaningful work.
Preferred:
- Experience in a multi-location or multi-state healthcare organization.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Selection Process: Three Stages
- Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a 30-minute virtual interview to discuss their experience, qualifications, base salary expectations, and an overview of Concert Health’s Collaborative Care Model.
- Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a 30-minute virtual interview with the Senior Vice President of People.
- Qualified candidates with the required experience, qualifications, and base salary expectations will be scheduled for a 30-minute virtual interview with Clinical Leaders.
