Job Summary:
The Clinical Care Manager will serve as a vital member of the Behavioral Crisis Center leadership team, dedicated to cultivating a compassionate environment for those in need. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily management and supervision of the Rapid Access Unit, which includes front-line staff such as Behavioral Health Consultants, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Peer Support Specialists. In this role, you will provide essential clinic support to nurses, providers, and client access, helping to shape a responsive, caring, and effective service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and support front-line behavioral crisis center staff, providing guidance in accordance with service line requirements.
· Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to foster communication and professional development among team members.
· Assist BCC leadership with hiring efforts, ensuring proper training and onboarding for new staff members.
· Evaluate and support staff performance through annual reviews and ongoing feedback.
· Navigate client care and resolve complaints, delegating interventions as appropriate.
· Monitor and evaluate documentation practices, ensuring timely and accurate records are maintained.
· Collaborate with the Behavioral Crisis Center Director to implement team development, training, and workflow processes.
· Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining facility cleanliness.
· Support community outreach efforts, fostering relationships to develop effective referral pathways.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in a human services field. Current unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or PsyD license.
· Minimum of 1-year post licensure experience preferred.
· Experience working in a medical or psychiatric setting preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
· Successful completion of background checks and training requirements upon employment.

Physical Requirements:
· ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
· Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing.
