The VP,Sales will be responsible for leading and managing Outseer's Americas sales organization. This role will oversee a team of Account Managers, ensuring they are effectively driving the adoption of Outseer software licenses within new and existing accounts. The VP will set and achieve aggressive sales quotas, foster a highly motivated and focused sales culture, and develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
Essential Duties
- Sales Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales organization, ensuring alignment with Outseer's overall business objectives.
- Team Management: Oversee the performance of Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to drive their success.
- Quota Achievement: Set and achieve aggressive sales quotas, ensuring the team is highly motivated and focused on achieving their targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including go-to-market plans, account planning, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Pipeline Management: Drive pipeline development and management, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and resources to achieve their goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
- Performance Management: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier sales talent to build a high-performing sales organization.
Desired Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing enterprise software sales teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services and fraud prevention industries.
- Global Experience: Experience leading sales teams across multiple regions and geographies.
- Sales Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
