Summary:

Looking for a big picture and experienced IT Sr. SAP Business Systems Analyst in IBP solution as a key contributor for the business transformation leveraging SAP S/4 HANA, IBP S&OP/Demand/Control Tower/Inventory/Response and Supply

Responsibilities:

•  Experience implementing SAP IBP modules in complex ERP (SAP/S/4 Hana) landscape is required
• Candidate should be able to consult with complex business problems in Planning Ecosystem 
• Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into SAP IBP Based design
• Optimize business plans with effectively balancing demand, supply and inventory; increasing speed and agility of planning process, enabled real-time collaboration between business functions. Must be able to configure IBP Process Templates to allow business to develop Budgets/Latest Estimates (LE), run simulations and model constraints at various aggregation/planning levels. Configure complex calculations using Period Attribute Transformation. Experience with EPM Sheet Formatting and Custom Alerts

• Must be able to configure of advanced statistical forecasting models including Gradient boosting for improvement of forecast accuracy
• Must be able to configure rules and priority-based multi-level supply planning, Order-based and Time Series based models, sourcing/production ratios, deployment, allocations, order re-scheduling, gating factor analysis, constraint identification. Conducted POCs with Time Series based Supply Optimizer to develop a  finite cost or profit optimized, constrained supply plan. Run what if scenarios to evaluate impact of cost assumptions, volume, and capacity constraints.
•  Must be able to configure analytics and dashboards for Executive Reviews, Real Time Alerts to drive continuous improvement

 

 

Qualifications:         

       

•          Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business
•          10+ years of working in IT projects as a IT Business Analyst in Integrated Business Planning or Supply Chain Planning role.
•          Deep experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) – S&OP/Demand/Control Tower/Inventory/Response and Supply.
•          Expertize in Demand Sensing, modeling external downstream demand signals such as POS / Retail Store level data for deployment decisions.
•          Expertize in IBP Inventory, Optimized multi-stage inventory targets across network to improve customer service levels considering demand/supply variability, cost factors, lead times and other               constraints.Inventory
•           Expertize in IBP Inventory
•           Expertize in IBP Control Tower
•           Expertize in Integration – Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)– Agent configuration, data services, webservices, datastores, importing metadata etc. Smart Data Integration (SDI) configuration for              Order Data integration between S/4 and IBP.
•           Must be able to configure SAP FIORI based launchpads, apps and tiles.
•            Excel UI – Must be able to configure and develop templates with custom planning views/key figures/layouts/filters/alerts for business users.
•            Experience with other integrated business planning systems and tools, such as SAP APO, Kinaxis, Anaplan is a plus
•             Proven experience in designing and building fit to standard solutions with minimal customizations
•             Must have used and configured SAP MM modules
•             Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and within a team-based environment, collaborating with the Practice Lead
•            Solid critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and effectively solving problems
•             Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
•             Excellent troubleshooting skills in a support and project-based work environment
