(Senior) QA Engineer - InPost Fresh

As a <strong>Senior QA Engineer,</strong> you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our mobile applications and backend services - with a strong focus on test automation. <strong>We’re looking for someone hands-on, independent, and experienced in building and maintaining automated test suites for mobile native apps.</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Designing and executing end-to-end manual and automated tests for front-end (mobile native apps) and back-end interfaces.</li><li>Building and maintaining automated test frameworks for iOS and Android platforms.</li><li>Creating and improving CI pipelines for automated testing, ensuring fast and reliable feedback loops.</li><li>Contributing to QA strategy and test planning with a focus on automation.</li><li>Generating and managing test data to support comprehensive testing.</li><li>Tracking and reporting defects with clarity and context for the development team.</li><li>Preparing test execution reports to highlight test coverage, results, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Creating test cases and user documentation to support a seamless user experience.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>At least 5 years in a testing role.</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Mobile App (Native/hybrid) Testing.</strong></li><li>Experience with test management tools like<strong> TestFLO, XRay, Zephyr, or TestRail.</strong></li><li>Proven experience with bug tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.</li><li>A solid foundation in software development methodologies and a deep understanding of software testing principles at the ISTQB level.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like <strong>Postman, SoapUI, Appium</strong>.</li><li>Intermediate skills in <strong>WebdriverIO </strong>or <strong>Playwright/Cypress</strong><strong> using JavaScript/TypeScript.</strong></li><li>Experience in testing REST APIs.</li><li>Creation and management of test processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in test automation using POM.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab.</li><li>Previous work with device farm services like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.</li><li>Experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Certification or experience with advanced ISTQB or other testing qualifications.</li><li>Experience in leading QA team/s.</li></ul>
