Required Skills and Experience

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in business operations, financial analysis, or related fields.

  • Experience in networking or telecom with an understanding of basic network concepts.

  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in P&L, revenue recognition, and cost management.

  • Expertise in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience developing and automating dashboards and reports (Power BI experience is a plus).

  • Experience in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting / implementing process improvements to enhance business operations.

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools for effective document creation, data analysis and communication.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering with business operations experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying complex information.

  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and offer new solutions to complex challenges.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $120,360 to $228,840 based on a full-time schedule.


Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
