Production Supervisor is responsible for Manufacturing Injection Molding operations. Key responsibilities include leading a dynamic team of Manufacturing Associates at all levels. You will sustain Production processes with automated injection Molding equipment in a highly integrated manufacturing environment through daily administrative and visual management. You will also be working with a cross-functional team to solve problems and improve performance. You are expected to promote quality and lead production in various day-to-day operations to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity KPIs.
This position is part of Manufacturing and Operations located in Lodi, California. The role will manage a second shift team that works approximately 2 pm - 10:30 pm Monday through Friday with some flexibility as needed.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a dynamic Production team to meet prioritized Build Plan targets with Daily Management of Manufacturing Production for Injection molding process
- Monitor Quality in production WIP to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Oversee On-time Delivery (OTD) of good quality final products through the value stream and sustaining Zero Defect quality culture
- Lead and sustain safe work environment with timely execution of Layer Process Audits (LPA) and adhering to manufacturing Safety procedures (PPE…Safety Program) in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Oversee Manufacturing Associates’ versatility through training including Workday Learning, Compliance, and on-the-job (OJT) training
- To improve overall performance, lead a team to incorporate continuous improvements through DBS tools.
- Performs other Manufacturing Production related duties as assigned
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High school degree with 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Demonstrated proficiency with injection molding equipment including injection molding presses, robots, feeder, conveyors, and other related equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems such as MES and SAP
- Experience working in Controlled and/or ISO compliant Clean Room environment

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $82,400-$113,300 USD Annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
