Overview:
 

You will join the MySisal Benefit Program & training Team within the Marketing unit, part of the Operation & Distribution Department.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a B2B Benefit Program and platform designed to provide a wide range of services to our retail network, with the goal of supporting their day‑to‑day business and offering work–life balance opportunities.

More specifically, you will be involved in partnership management, communication channel planning, editorial calendar definition, CRM activities implementation, and KPI monitoring. The main objective is to increase platform usage and service redemption rates.

What you’ll do:

• Support the creation and management of digital content for the B2B benefit program platform.

• Contribute to the management of communication channels and the definition of the editorial plan (e.g., newsletters, social media posts, SMS).

• Manage the email delivery platform (MailUp), including content creation and recipient list management.

• Assist in performance and KPI monitoring by collecting data, preparing reports, and supporting analysis.

• Support research on trends, competitor benchmarking, and best‑practice adoption to strengthen communication initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams by preparing materials, updating. documentation,‑functional teams by preparing materials, updating documentation and supporting project activities across multiple markets.

• Contribute to internal communication and coordination, facilitating information sharing among stakeholders.

• Draft initial PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder communication.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong interest in communication, marketing and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel and Power Point.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to take initiative.

• Desire to learn new tools and methodologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
