About the role
cFocus Software seeks a Technical Trainer/Knowledge Manager to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.

- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field with 4-12+ years of technical training experience
- Experience developing and delivering technical training programs
- Proficient in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with adult learning principles and training evaluation
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
Duties:
- Develops and delivers technical training programs for mission applications and systems.
- Creates training materials including presentations, hands-on labs, videos, and quick reference guides.
- Conducts training needs assessments and develops curriculum aligned with user requirements.
- Delivers instructor-led training, virtual training, and self-paced learning modules.
- Manages learning management systems and tracks training completion.
- Implements knowledge management practices to capture and disseminate lessons learned.
- Facilitates user communities and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Evaluates training effectiveness and implements continuous improvement.
