- Influence product strategy and in-product experiences with consumer and market insights.
- Advocate to the product team for necessary changes to ensure the success of consumer marketing campaigns launching in these markets.
- Develop narratives around product proof points that demonstrate commitment to ensuring responsible consumer growth in emerging countries.
- Own the development of the core value proposition, positioning, and messaging for products aimed at emerging market consumers.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans to launch new products and achieve business goals.
- Develop launch strategy, including rollout plan, creative asset development, and communication goals to best drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
- Craft & develop compelling audience-specific messages and programs (product videos, testimonial videos, tutorials, etc.).
- Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver creative and communications.
- Be the expert in the product's target audiences, representing the users to internal teams.
- Work across cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, design, data science, research and others to achieve business goals.
- Travel Required: 10% domestic travel required.
- 20% international travel required.
- Requires a Master's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 5 years if experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted.
- Requires five years of experience involving the following:
- Proven success managing teams in execution of global and regional strategic planning for billion-dollar brands
- Developing go-to-market strategy in emerging markets within the technology industry
- Managing cross-functional teams to coordinate global product launches
- Defining product mix, value proposition, competitive advantage, partnership and messaging customized by customer need
- Developing strategic partnerships including partnering with and influencing Product Management and other internal teams to execute marketing strategy and,
- Experience managing large, multi-cultural teams dispersed geographically
