As we grow, we’re thoughtfully adding new team members and opening exciting opportunities every step of the way.

Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Lead and mentor Residential Counselors to deliver exceptional care and support
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations across residences
• Promote safe, structured, trauma-informed environments
• Oversee medication administration and campus safety
• Coordinate engaging recreation and community integration programs
• Build strong communication with students, families, and staff

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred
• 4-5 years of experience working with youth or adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential/educational setting
• Leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Comfort using Safety Care (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements

Schedule:

 

Wednesday-Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Saturday 7:00am – 10:00pm
