Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment, the Admissions Communication Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the recruitment and admissions digital communication systems and websites. This position is vital for the processes which transfer data between the CRM, the institutional student information system, other internal systems as well as third party vendors. The Admissions Communications Analyst will assist in maintaining accurate and transparent documentation of the CRM and other technical processes and workflows to maintain levels of efficiency and quality service. Collaborative efforts with various teams are essential for developing targeted campaigns and maintaining data accuracy. The Admissions Communications Analyst assists the Director by developing analytics to monitor effectiveness, inform strategy and tactics, and measure/evaluate success of operations.

Position Information

Communications Coordination:

•Create and update emails, texts, and events in CRM system and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions for prospective and admitted students, parents, and counselors.
•Assist with creating, maintaining, and scheduling PeopleSoft 3C Engine CommGen batch system processes.
•Create or modify PeopleSoft SQL data queries and CRM groups to select correct populations for communications.
•In coordination with the Director, develop and implement the overall admissions communication schedule.
•Regularly and consistently upload leads in accordance with established standards and procedures and ensure timely inclusion in corresponding communication plans.
•Perform testing prior to release of communications to ensure proper implementation.
•Work with stakeholders to confirm communication plan and monitor deployments for completion and deliver ability.
•Maintain and enhance features in the applicant portal, lead generation forms and corresponding form communications as needed.
•Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for communications business processes.
•Provide CRM user training and support.

Data Reporting, Analysis, Communications

•Build, produce, and process reports as needed for stakeholders.
•Based on assessments and data gathered, make recommendations to the Director regarding areas of improvement in recruitment and admissions communication.
•Create and maintain audits to ensure integrity of data transferred between the CRM and Campus Solutions.
